OUR MISSION

TEXAZ GRILL IS COMMITTED TO SERVING QUALITY FOOD AND BEVERAGES AT A GREAT VALUE, WITH OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM A DEDICATED STAFF IN A FRIENDLY, FUN AND SAFE ATMOSPHERE

Here’s How We Operate:

We buy only USDA Choice beef and age it to optimum standards to insure the best flavor and texture possible, and hand cut all steaks in house.  We do not use any tenderizers, proprietary spice blends or flavorings on our steaks, only a touch of Kosher salt to enhance the natural flavor, and top it with a little bit of butter sauce.  On every table you will find a large array of condiments to season your meal the way you like.

Almost all menu items are prepared in our kitchen from scratch (cream gravy, BBQ sauce, house dressing, desserts, etc.) developed by us or from old family recipes.

We use Zero Trans Fat shortening when frying, and change our fryers daily for ideal cooking and minimal fat absorption.

We strive to offer great value in dining.  I think you’ll find that our prices are more reasonable than most restaurants offering similar product.  With our limited menu, we can avoid a lot of waste that comes with a large inventory.

When you dine at TEXAZ Grill, you are a guest in our home.  Many of our staff have been here over 10 years including three folks who opened the restaurant in 1985.

Many of the items you see on the walls and ceiling have been brought in by customers over the years.  Our collection of memories is so vast that we continually hang new pieces.  It takes a lot of attention, and we are constantly dusting and scrubbing to insure everything is clean and sanitary for your safety.

We pride ourselves on offering great service and food, but admit to being human and occasionally making mistakes.  If, for any reason, something is not to your liking, please bring it to the attention of the Manager on Duty and we’ll do our best to ensure your satisfaction before you walk out our front door.  Since opening in 1985, we have always guaranteed your experience at TEXAZ.  We’d much rather you tell us that you’re unhappy before you leave, than you tell your friends after you’ve gone and there is nothing we can do to rectify the situation.

 Since 1985, this shrine to Texas has been dishing out 10-gallon-size portions of Lone Star roadhouse fare. Naturally, the emphasis is on beef, pardner. That means filet, rib eye, New York strip, prime rib and T-bone. But most of all, it means what may well be the best chicken-fried steak west of the Pecos: thin, lean and handsomely crusted, served with the kind of stick-to-the-ribs mashed potatoes that can help a cowpoke work all day on the range.
