Jalepeno Poppers Recipe

24 (you guessed it) jalapenos - cut off tops and remove seeds, best removed by Pepper Whippers, available at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or 830 663 4600. Don’t forget rubber gloves. I like to use thin painting gloves.
8oz. cream cheese
1/2 pound bacon, Sliced in thirds

Use cookie sheet cover with tin foil for easy cleanup
After removing seeds, cut pepper in half (if you don’t have a Pepper Whipper, cut first to remove seeds)
Smear cream cheese inside 1/2 pepper
Individually wrap with bacon slices
Bake for 25 minutes
Broil for 5 min or toasty on top
Enjoy hot!
