Cut 2 pounds pork loin into small bites and brown in 1 Tbs bacon grease and 2 Tbs olive oil.
Add 4 kinds of fresh chopped chilies, a jar of jalapenos, make gravy of 3/4 cup flour and 1 cup water and add to pork.
Add 1 small can chopped green chilies and 1 jar of salsa and 1 large can of green chili enchilada sauce.
Cook 2 hours, the longer the hotter.
Serve with flour tortillas.
