Servings: 16 squares
Preheat conventional oven to 325° F, convectional oven to 300° F.
Blend all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the Margarine, Vanilla, and Eggs and mix until almost lump free.
Add the Chocolate Chips and Walnuts (if desired) and fold into batter.
Pour batter into 11x14x2 inch Lasagna/Casserole Pan and bake for 30 - 35 minutes (less for convection)
When the brownies are done, let them sit for about 30 minutes in a room temperature environment, or 15 minutes in a freezer to cool.
Cut the brownies as such:
Take 1 in. off each edge and remove from baking pan.
Cut 3 rows short ways in order to make 4 sections of brownies.
Then cut 3 long ways, in order to make 16 squares.
Brownies are delicious served alone, but a-la-mode with Vanilla ice-cream and hot fudge makes it even better!
