Cook pepper and onion in margarine until tender, 5 min. |
Add soups, RoTel and chicken, stirring til blended. |
In a 13x9x2 inch pan, alternatey layer tortilla, soup mix, and cheese, repeating 3 times. |
Bake 40 minutes until hot and bubbling. |
