2 sticks 4 tbls. margarine/butter
4 tbls. cocoa
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Combine: Margarine/butter, water, cocoa: bring to boil.
Remove from heat: Add remaining ingredients.. mix well baked at 375 on large ungreased cookie sheet with sides for 20-25 minutes. Mix Icing while cake baking
ICING
1 Stick margarine/butter 4 tbls. cocoa 1 lb. powered sugar 6 tbls. milk/cream 1 cup chopped pecans 1 tsp. vanilla Combine: margarine/butter, milk/cream, and cocoa stir bring to boil: Remove from heat: add pecans, powered sugar, and vanilla mix with electric mixer until smooth. Ice cake immediately after removed from oven.
